Born in Brownsville and raised in the Colonias of Cameron Park, which is one of the poorest areas in the state, and the country, I’ve lived to know what it’s like to grow up with very little and got to experience what it’s like to live with the everyday struggles of South Texans that are living paycheck to paycheck. Starting from very humble beginnings, my mother pushed me to put my values above all, God, Family and Country, and to continue pursuing my education in public schools. I graduated from Hanna High School, and later from UT-Brownsville. I then enlisted and served in the U.S. Army, serving in the 82nd Airborne Division. I’ve been happily married for more than 10 years, started a family with two young beautiful children, started working as a corrections officer and I am now a contracted Law Enforcement Officer. I am also a Pastor of a Christian church, Omega Fire Ministries based out of Brownsville, and do missionary services in the U.S. and abroad. I started a small business named Zion Bin Cleaning, serving the Brownsville community. The boy that lived in the Colonias and started a family, business, serving the people and securing our communities at just 32 years old, I am truly living my American Dream here in South Texas, and I am running for Congress to protect it, and ensure generations of South Texans are able to also make their dreams into reality.

The RGV and South Texas are at a crossroads. As a Christian, and firsthand seeing the attacks on the Christian faith, locally and nationally, it empowered me to take a political stance against the Democrat party’s anti-Christian stances. As a father, seeing children being taught that their identity and value are based upon the color of their skin rather than their God given identity and worth is concerning. In addition, our children are being robbed of their innocence through sexually explicit content that is being distributed in their classrooms as well as their libraries. Brownsville has not been immune to this, and we must take a stand to defend those that have no voice, such as our children, and the life of the unborn.

As a three-time voter for President Donald J. Trump, I stand firm as a supporter of his policies which have embraced faith-based initiatives, securing our nation with peace through strength, and putting Americans first. He has made significant gains in our region, flipping the Democratic stronghold of the RGV entirely Republican, a historic feat. Mayra Flores, who paved the way for the RGV's historic gains towards the GOP, made history as our first Mexican American Congresswoman elected in US history. Her work inspired so many to rise to the occasion, and proudly proclaim our Conservative values and to fight for them. Adam Hinojosa is our first Republican State Senator, and other inspiring victories down ballot are further continuing to shift the tide. However, there's still more to go as there's those that want nothing to do with our values and will work against them every step they get. Corruption is still rampant in the RGV, and we must do everything to expose those that work against our values. Change in TX34 is coming, and common sense is now common theme, but we must still continue forward to protect our community, and ultimately our Country. Let’s fight to flip the most competitive seat in the Nation!
